What are Microgreens?
Microgreens are the beginning sprouts of the vegetables you currently eat every day, but they pack a much richer nutritional value in their small package. They are a perfect way to balance your daily diet and gain many health benefits.
Are there Health Benefits to eating Microgreens?
ABSOLUTELY! Microgreens have 30 - 60x the nutritional value when compared to their adult counterparts. Different microgreens have been know to have the following benefits depending on the microgreen:

What dishes can I use microgreens with?
We have a solution to this question! Shortly after launch, we will be releasing a recipe page where you can download recipe cards that use our microgreens. If you join the Microgreen Delights Club you will receive exclusive recipes a month before we release them on the site along with other added perks!
Do you offer subscriptions?
Currently the only recurring subscription we offer is our Microgreen Delights Club membership. We hope to impliment subscription boxes shortly after launching that will allow you to choose up to 5 different microgreens at a discount compared to buying them individually. We understand with the modern day hustle and grind it can be hard to find the time to plan balanced and nutritious meals. We hope to alleviate some of the headaches that come with nutritional meal planning, but we do not want to release this feature before we have all of our systems in place so you receive the best service and the freshest supply of microgreens.
Are you Organic?
Where we do not yet carry the organic certification, but our suppliers do.
Rest assured we grow our microgreens with only the best organic seeds, soil, &
fertilizer to ensure the most safe and nutritious microgreens
How do you guarantee freshness?
We do not "stock" our microgreens. All of our microgreens are "grown-on-demand" meaning when an order is place, we plant your microgreens within 2 days. Sometimes we have a surplus from our previous orders and can fulfill right away. We will not sell you a product that was harvested ove 3 days prior. This guarantees you are receiving your microgreens at their peak freshness every time!
How long before my microgreens are ready for pickup?
Depending on which microgreen you ordered, your microgreens will be ready in 8-25 days. The average order-to-harvest time is 10-16 Days. Sometimes we have a surplus from our previous orders. In these cases, we will inform customers what we have available for immediate purchase on our Facebook page. We will not sell you a product that was harvested ove 3 days prior.
Do you use fertilizer?
As we are an eco-friendly grower using recycled soil methods and hydroponics, we do supplement our water and soil with an organic liquid fertilizer. It is comprised of all 90 naturally occurring minerals in full spectrum with added (naturally sourced) Nitrogen and Potassium. This allows our microgreens to readily absorb more micro and macro nutrients for a boost in growth, health, and nutrition without enviromental impact.
What do you do with what's left over after harvesting?
Because we grow using a recycled soil method, we filter out previous grow's roots before rejuvanating the soil. We feed the roots to the chickens on our farm as they still have enough nutritional value for them.
Are you an Eco-Friendly company?
We sell microgreens as a way to keep ones self balanced and healthy. We believe we need to keep the planet balanced and healthy too! It matters to us that our company is eco-friendly from the beginning. As such we have extensively researched all potential packaging suppliers and are proud of the packaging we have chosen. Our Packaging is Eco-Friendly, made of 99% compostable plant-based materials and hemp labels printed with water-based ink that will also break down.
In addition to our Eco-Friendly packaging efforts, we make an effort to grow our microgreens in the most eco-conscious possible manner. The majority of our microgreens are grown using a recycled soil method or hydroponically. This means we grow rejuvanate our soil after every grow with our recycled soil method and we also grow soilessly with our hydroponic method

Do you only sell through your site?
No. We are out at several area farmers' markets throughout the summer and early fall months. You can find a list of farmers' markets we'll be at here.
